Mission:  Provide Counseling and Social Services to the residents on the Cheyenne River Reservation per terms and conditions of 95-638 contract

Service Population:  The goal of the Counseling/Social Service Program is provide care to all members of the tribe.

Services Offered:  Provide a community oriented Counseling and Social Services program for individuals, groups, and families, a hospital based Social Service program and information and referral Service.

Accomplishments:  Maintaining a positive working relationship with the Ft. Meade Internship Program

Challenges:  Providing the best possible service to all members of our tribe.
